Layout Map
- Media Pool (left): browse/import sources for timeline assembly; collapsible/resizable.
- Viewer + Timeline (center): preview and sequence editing area with vertical split resize.
- Inspector (right): selected clip settings and fine controls; collapsible/resizable.
- Editor Chat: timeline-context assistant with selected clips and playhead metadata.

Source browsing and ingest area. Expand for heavy asset work; collapse for edit focus.

Workflow
- Load timeline and verify project context.
- Place media from pool into tracks.
- Trim and sequence in timeline.
- Use inspector for selected clip adjustments.
- Render and review via render modal.
