Agentic Path (Recommended)

  1. Create/select project in Dashboard.
  2. For long-form projects: seed story with Logliner and Beat Sheet (or upload screenplay).
  3. Run Breakdowns (Producer, Director, Script Supervisor).
  4. Run Casting and Department Heads for visual and character context.
  5. Create Shotlists and Storyboards for scene-level planning.
  6. Assemble in Timeline and review queue/task outcomes.

Direct Tools Path (Optional in Parallel)

  • Use Generators directly for hands-on prompt/reference production.
  • Use LoRA Training when you need custom continuity adapters.
  • Use Asset Browser for direct media management and editor launch.

What to Check at Each Stage

  • Development: approved logline and beat sheet exist (long-form only).
  • Breakdowns: prerequisites complete and scene data populated.
  • Shotlisting/Storyboarding: scene and shot selections are correct before bulk actions.
  • Generators: active project and prompt/reference context are correct.
  • Timeline: clips and trims are reviewed before export.

Short-Form Guidance

For projects under 10 minutes, Logliner and Beat Sheet are usually unnecessary. Start from screenplay + breakdowns or use direct tools workflows.

If a Page Says "Select a Project"

Go back to Dashboard, choose project context, then return. Most production pages are intentionally project-gated.
